CHALLENGES
Body Composition Challenge
Each quarter, members have the opportunity to schedule a private appointment to obtain an in depth analysis of what their body is made of. XYMOGYM utilizes the Inbody 570 to differentiate between fat, bone, water, and muscle in the body. Scientific evidence has shown that healthy body composition will increase your lifespan, reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes, increase energy levels, and improve self-esteem. Members will be encouraged to make a quarterly goal to insure they are within healthy body composition guidelines. Rules for goal setting and body composition guidelines are listed below.
Classification | Women (%fat) | Men (%fat) |

Personal Transformation Challenge:
- Every employee regardless of your results receives 50 points for participating.
- Employees that are within a healthy body fat percentage, the average category, (women under 32% and men under 25%), will earn 250 points and will continue to earn 250 points each scan if they maintain healthy body fat.
- Employees that are over the average body fat percentage will be encouraged to challenge themselves to reach the average range setting small and attainable goals each quarter. Points are given for employees showing improvement or reaching their goal each quarter with the ultimate goal of getting into average body fat ranges.
Office Transformation Challenge:
All employees will automatically be entered into the transformation challenge. The challenge is based on total transformation including loss of body fat and gains in lean body mass within each quarterly weigh in.
